That’s the easy part from my perspective. When I decided to sell my house, I wanted a realtor who was going to do more than just take the listing. I met with a few Realtors to discuss my home, and most said we need to put an aggressive price tag in line with the comps to sell quickly. I had 2 neighbors who I am friends with, both shared the same feelings as I did. They both listed their house well above what other realtors recommended. They chose Erin because she heard that houses are worth more in our area. While Erin was hesitant about taking their listing prices, 1 house sold in 3 weeks, and the other sold in 1 day.
