That’s the easy part from my perspective. When I decided to sell my house, I wanted a realtor who was going to do more than just take the listing. Rather, I wanted someone who had passion, a work ethic, knowledge of the local area, and most importantly, great listening skills. I met with a few Realtors to discuss my home, and most said we need to put an aggressive price tag in line with the comps to sell quickly.
